I want, I need.....
After seeing a Black Halo dress featured on one of my favorite blogs and having seen this brand on lots of celebs, I decided to do a little online research. I love their dresses and now I think I need one... Here are some of my favs + some other adorable dresses from Tory Burch. I want! I need!
